Hi, I'm Lisa Hampel - I provide services based on the clinically proven 8-week mindfulness based stress reduction program and 10+ years of personal and corporate meditation and yoga teaching experiences. Here, I bring together a dedicated personal practice with evidence-based methods from my studies in Mindfulness based Interventions (MSc) from University College Dublin and Behavioural Science (Bachelor of Arts), along with 350hr yoga teacher training hours, to provide clients with tools to manage chronic pain, stress and enable us to find greater ease in every day life.

The theme is deep, physical recovery and continued exploration of how we are when stripped back to stillness. Simple? Yes. Easy? Sometimes. If you are constantly on the go and sitting to practice feels counter-intuitive, yin provides the space to experience and nourish our physical bodies when things feel tense or strained.
